Overview
The TPS3435-Q1 is an ultra-low quiescent current (250nA typical) device featuring a programmable timeout watchdog timer. The timeout period can be factory-programmed or user-programmed via an external capacitor. Timer values can be dynamically changed using combinations of logic pins. The watchdog also offers unique features such as enable/disable and startup delay. The WDO delay can be set to the factory-programmed default or programmed via an external capacitor. The device also provides latched output operation, holding the output latched until the watchdog fault is cleared. The TPS3435-Q1 is a performance-upgrade replacement for the TPS3431-Q1 device family. The TPS3435-Q1 is available in a compact 8-pin SOT-23 package.
