The TPS3890-Q1 is a high-accuracy voltage monitor with ultra-low quiescent current, capable of monitoring system voltages as low as 1.15V. It asserts an open-drain RESET signal when the SENSE voltage falls below a preset threshold or when the manual reset (MR) pin is driven low. After both the SENSE voltage and MR return above their respective thresholds, the RESET output remains low for a user-adjustable delay period. The TPS3890-Q1 family uses a high-precision voltage reference to achieve 1% threshold accuracy. By connecting an external capacitor to the CT pin, users can adjust the reset delay from 25μs to 30s. With an extremely low quiescent current of 2.1μA and a compact 1.5mm×1.5mm package, the TPS3890-Q1 is an ideal choice for battery-powered and space-constrained applications. The device is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (TJ).
