Overview
The TPS734xx-Q1 low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulator family delivers excellent AC performance while maintaining ultra-low ground current. With a typical ground current of only 44μA, the device provides high PSRR, low noise, fast start-up, and excellent line and load transient response. The TPS734xx-Q1 operates stably with ceramic capacitors and utilizes an advanced BiCMOS process to achieve a typical dropout voltage of 125mV at an output voltage of 250mV. A precision voltage reference and feedback loop enable 2% total accuracy across all load, line, variation, and temperature ranges. Rated for an operating temperature range of TA = -40°C to +105°C, the device is available in a thin ThinSOT-23 package — ideal for wireless headsets, printers, and WLAN cards.
