The TPS7A20xxPDBVR series are high-accuracy, low-noise CMOS LDO regulators. This series offers low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout voltage, and extremely fast startup time, making it ideal for today's cutting-edge mobile phones. Internally integrated are a voltage reference, error amplifier, pass transistor, current limiter, and phase compensator. The output voltage is set via current trimming and can be selected from 0.9V to 5.0V in 100mV steps. When the CE input pin is driven low, a fast discharge path is activated, and a built-in pull-down resistor pulls the output voltage down to achieve rapid discharge. The series is also fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce cost and improve output stability. Even during frequent load transients, high output stability is maintained through excellent transient response performance and high PSR achieved across a wide frequency range. The CE function allows the regulator output to be shut down, significantly reducing power consumption.
