Overview
The TPS7A7100 low dropout (LDO) regulator is designed for applications requiring ultralow dropout (140mV at 1A), with input voltages ranging from 1.5V to 6.5V. The TPS7A7100 offers an innovative, user-configurable output voltage setting ranging from 0.9V to 3.5V, eliminating the need for external resistors and any associated errors. The TPS7A7100 features ultrafast load transient response, stable operation with ceramic output capacitors, and better than 2% accuracy over line, load, and temperature. A soft-start pin allows applications to reduce inrush current to the load. In addition, an open-drain power-good signal enables power rail sequencing.
