Overview

TPSM265R1 is a compact, easy-to-use module that operates over a wide input voltage range, with a maximum continuous input voltage of up to 65V. The module fully integrates a controller, multiple MOSFETs, and an output inductor. It is designed for fast, straightforward power supply implementation in a small PCB footprint. This module offers two fixed output voltage options of 3.3V and 5V, and an adjustable output voltage option ranging from 1.223V to 15V. All options are rated for a load current of 100mA. The TPSM265R1 operates in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode to improve efficiency under light-load conditions. Its control scheme requires no loop compensation and delivers excellent line and load transient response. Despite its simple, small-form-factor design, the TPSM265R1 offers a rich feature set. A precision enable pin, adjustable UVLO, and hysteresis functionality accommodate specific power-up and power-down requirements. Selectable/adjustable soft-start options include minimum delay (no soft-start), an internal fixed value (900μs), and external programming via a capacitor. An open-drain PGOOD indicator supports sequencing and output voltage monitoring. The ultra-compact 2.8mm×3.7mm×1.9mm package is ideal for space-constrained applications.
