TPSM53602RDAR

The TPSM53602 power module is a highly integrated 2A power solution that integrates a 36V input step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and multiple passive components in a thermally enhanced QFN package. The 5mm × 5.5mm × 4mm, 15-pin package uses enhanced HotRod QFN technology to achieve enhanced thermal performance, small size, and low EMI. All pins of this package size are distributed on the periphery and have a single large thermal pad, enabling simple layout and easy handling during manufacturing. The overall solution only requires four external components and eliminates the loop compensation and magnetic component selection processes in the design flow. The TPSM53602 has a full set of features, including power good status indication, programmable UVLO, pre-biased start-up, overcurrent and overheat protection, making it an excellent device for powering a variety of applications.
