1. Leave 16 empty pockets at both the beginning and end of each reel; seal the tail end with masking tape. 2. After filling the reel with products, wind one additional round of leader tape, seal it with masking tape, and apply 1 material label. 3. Stack 10 reels per set (2,500 products total) and pack into 1 outer carton. 4. Handle with care during transportation. 5. Do not stack too high during transit (maximum 1.8 meters); do not place under heavy pressure. 6. Drop test conditions: Finished goods carton free-fall from a height of 1.2 meters (one corner, three edges, six faces): a. Products must not escape from the carrier tape pockets. b. Products must show no impact damage or deformation. c. Inner packaging materials must not be severely damaged.
