Overview
1. Leave 10PCS empty at both the beginning and end of each reel; seal the tail end with masking tape. 2. After filling the reel with products, wind one additional protective tape layer, seal it with masking tape, and affix 1PCS material label. 3. Stack every 10 reels as one set (3000PCS total) and pack into 1 outer carton. 4. Handle with care during transportation. 5. Do not stack excessively during transit (maximum height 1.8M); do not subject to heavy pressure. 6. Drop test conditions: finished goods carton free-falls from a height of 1.2 meters (1 corner, 3 edges, 6 faces): a. Products must not escape the carrier tape pockets. b. Products must show no impact damage or deformation. c. Inner packaging materials must not be severely damaged.
