UCD90160RGCT

The UCD90160 is a 16-rail PMBus/I²C addressable power sequencer and monitor. This device integrates a 12-bit ADC that can monitor up to 16 power supply voltage inputs. Twenty-six GPIO pins can be used for power enable, power-on reset signals, external interrupts, cascading, or other system functions. Twelve of these pins provide PWM functionality. Using these pins, the UCD90160 can support margin adjustment and general-purpose PWM functions. Specific power supply status can be achieved by using the pin-selectable voltage rail status function. This function allows up to 3 GPI pins to be used to enable and disable any voltage rail. This is useful for implementing system low-power modes and for the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) specification for hardware devices. The Fusion Digital Power Designer software is used for device configuration. This PC-based graphical user interface (GUI) provides an intuitive interface for configuring, storing, and monitoring all system operating parameters.
