Overview

The UMW ULN2003 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington driver IC consisting of 7 NPN Darlington pairs. All units share a common emitter, and each unit features an open-collector output. Each Darlington pair is connected in series with a 2.7KΩ resistor for compatibility with TTL and 5V CMOS, enabling data processing without logic buffers. The ULN2003 offers a sink current of up to 500mA, an off-state breakdown voltage of 50V, and outputs capable of handling high load currents, providing a versatile interface solution for a wide range of applications.
