VS-40EPF006-M3 and VS-40APF006-M3 fast soft-recovery rectifier series are optimized for short reverse recovery time and low forward voltage drop. Glass passivation ensures stable and reliable operation under the most demanding temperature and power cycling conditions.
Applications
- These devices are suitable for output rectification and freewheeling in inverters, choppers, and converters, as well as input rectification in applications requiring compliance with stringent conducted EMI limits.
