Overview
This rectifier features a unique combination of low conduction losses and switching losses, making it ideal for high-frequency converters (soft-switching/resonant). It is specifically designed to improve efficiency in the PFC and output rectification stages of EV/HEV charging stations, the boost stage of solar inverters, and UPS applications, and is perfectly compatible with MOSFETs or high-speed IGBTs.
