The MUR.. series are advanced ultrafast recovery rectifiers specifically designed to optimize forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time performance. The planar structure and platinum-doped lifetime control ensure optimal overall performance, ruggedness, and reliability. These devices are suitable for use as output rectifiers in switching power supplies, UPS, DC/DC converters, and as freewheeling diodes in low-voltage inverters and chopper motor drives. Their highly optimized stored charge and low recovery current minimize switching losses and reduce overdissipation in switching elements and snubbers.
