AD8000YCPZ-REEL

The AD8000 is an ultrahigh speed, high performance, current feedback amplifier. Fabricated on a proprietary extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, this amplifier achieves a 1.5 GHz small signal bandwidth and a slew rate of 4100 V/μs. Spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) at 20 MHz is as low as 75 dBc, with an input voltage noise of 1.6 nV/√Hz. The AD8000 can drive load currents in excess of 100 mA with very low distortion. The amplifier can operate from +5 V to ±6 V supplies. These features make it ideal for a wide range of applications, including high speed instrumentation. The AD8000 offers differential gain of 0.02%, differential phase of 0.01°, and 0.1 dB flatness to 170 MHz. Its excellent video specifications ensure outstanding fidelity even in the most demanding video systems. In power-down mode, the AD8000 supply current drops to 1.3 mA. The amplifier is available in a compact 8-lead LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC package. The AD8000 is rated over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
