AD8062ARZ-RL

The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers that are easy to use and low cost. These amplifiers offer the bandwidth and slew rate typical of current feedback amplifiers, along with a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use and capable of operating from single supplies as low as 2.7V. Despite their low cost, the AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 deliver excellent overall performance. For video applications, differential gain and phase errors driving a 150Ω load are 0.01% and 0.04°, respectively, with 0.1dB flatness to 30MHz. In addition, these amplifiers feature a wide bandwidth of 300MHz and a slew rate of 650V/μs. The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 typically consume 6.8mA per amplifier, with output load current capability up to 50mA. The AD8063 features a power-save/disable function that reduces supply current to 400μA. These characteristics make them well suited for portable and battery-powered applications where size and power consumption are critical.
