Overview
AOZ1280CI-MS is a high-frequency, synchronous rectification, step-down switching mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It provides a compact solution over a wide input supply voltage range, capable of delivering 1.5A peak output current with excellent load and line regulation. The device requires minimal external standard components and is available in a space-saving SOT-23-6 package.
