AP64102SP-13

AP64102 is a 1A synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 40V. The device fully integrates a 150mΩ high-side power MOSFET and an 80mΩ low-side power MOSFET to deliver high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion. The device employs peak current mode control with an integrated loop compensation network, simplifying design by reducing the number of external components. The device is optimized for EMI reduction. Its proprietary gate driver scheme suppresses switching node ringing without compromising MOSFET switching times, thereby reducing high-frequency radiated EMI noise caused by MOSFET switching. The AP64102 also features Frequency Spread Spectrum (FSS) with ±6% switching frequency dithering, which reduces EMI by preventing emission energy from dwelling at a single frequency for extended periods. The device is available in an SO-8EP package.
