Buck switching regulator with integrated power MOSFET. Delivers up to 1.0A load current with an input voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V, suitable for battery-powered portable applications. The BU9000xGWZ features a mode control pin that allows users to select between forced PWM mode or automatic PFM/PWM switching mode for power-saving operation at light load currents. Features include: - Fast transient response - Automatic PFM/PWM operation - Forced PWM operation - Internal soft-start - Undervoltage lockout - Overcurrent protection - Thermal shutdown Package: UCSP35L1 Dimensions: 1.30mm x 0.90mm x 0.40mm (W x D x H) The BU9000xGWZ is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that achieves fast transient response from light to heavy loads via a hysteretic PWM control system and constant-current PFM control system.
