Overview
The CA3140AMZ96 is an integrated operational amplifier that combines the advantages of high-voltage PMOS transistors with high-voltage bipolar transistors on a single chip. The device employs gate-protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in the input stage, providing ultra-high input impedance, extremely low input current, and high-speed performance. The use of PMOS FETs in the input stage achieves a wide common-mode input voltage range, which is an important feature for single-supply applications. This product is suitable for accelerometer signal conditioning, integrators, medical monitors, visible light photometers, single-supply amplifiers, sample-and-hold amplifiers, photocurrent meters, active filters, interface circuits, handheld instruments, alarms, peak detectors, comparators, integrators, multitone oscillators, function generators, and all other standard amplifier applications.
