Overview
CJ9340T6 is a constant-frequency, current-mode boost converter designed for small, low-power applications. The device switches at 1.2MHz, allowing the use of miniature, low-cost capacitors and inductors with heights of 2mm or less. Internal soft-start reduces inrush current and extends battery life. The device incorporates undervoltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage during output overload conditions. The CJ9340T6 is available in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package.
