DK935

The DK935 series is a primary-side feedback flyback AC-DC switching power converter IC. The chip integrates an 850V high-voltage power transistor and a high-voltage constant-current startup circuit, along with primary-side feedback constant-current/constant-voltage control, a self-supply circuit, and output cable compensation. Designed with highly integrated CMOS circuitry, it requires minimal external components, effectively reducing solution cost. Available in SOP-7 package.
