Overview
EA8103A is a high switching frequency, high efficiency synchronous buck regulator designed to operate over an input voltage range of 2.6V to 7V. The integrated high/low-side power MOSFETs with low R_DS(ON) reduce external component count while achieving up to 95% efficiency, making it ideal for applications requiring 1.4A output current. The EA8103A is designed for light-load operation, delivering high efficiency across a wide load current range. Internal compensation simplifies user application design and reduces external component costs. The EA8103A is available in SOT-23-5 and 1.5mm×1.5mm DFN packages.
