Overview

ETA3427 is a high-efficiency DC-DC buck switching regulator capable of delivering up to 1.2A output current. It features an ultra-low quiescent current of 2uA at no load. The fixed 1.4MHz operating frequency allows the use of small inductance values with low DCR inductors, achieving higher efficiency. The high switching frequency also enables miniaturization of other external components — such as ceramic input and output capacitors — while maintaining excellent low-noise output voltage. An internal soft-start control circuit reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and thermal overload protection enhance design reliability. The ETA3427 is available in compact SOT23-5 and DFN2x2-6 packages.
