Overview
SuperFET II MOSFET is a new generation of high-voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFET series that leverages charge balance technology to achieve excellent low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This technology is designed to minimize conduction losses while delivering superior switching performance, dv/dt ratings, and higher avalanche energy. The SuperFET II MOSFET Easy-Drive series features slightly slower rise and fall times compared to the standard SuperFET II MOSFET series. Devices in this series are prefixed with "E", which helps address EMI concerns and simplifies design implementation. For applications requiring faster switching speeds where switching losses must be minimized, consider using the SuperFET II MOSFET series.
