Overview
SuperFET II MOSFETs are a new family of high-voltage super junction (SJ) MOSFETs that leverage charge balance technology to achieve exceptionally low on-resistance and reduced gate charge. This technology is designed to minimize conduction losses while delivering superior switching performance, dv/dt ratings, and higher avalanche energy. As a result, SuperFET II MOSFETs are ideally suited for switching power supply applications such as power factor correction (PFC), server/telecom power supplies, flat panel TV power supplies, ATX power supplies, and industrial power applications. SuperFET II FRFET MOSFETs feature an optimized body diode reverse recovery characteristic, enabling the elimination of additional components and improved system reliability.
