Overview
SUPERFET III MOSFETs are a new high-voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET series utilizing charge balance technology, featuring excellent low on-resistance and low gate charge performance. This advanced technology is designed to minimize conduction losses, deliver superior switching performance, and withstand extremely high dv/dt rates. The SUPERFET III MOSFET Easy Drive series therefore helps address EMI issues, making designs easier to implement. The Power88 package is an ultra-thin SMT package (height: 1 mm) with a low profile and small footprint (8×8 mm²). SUPERFET III MOSFETs in the Power88 package offer excellent switching performance due to low parasitic source inductance and separate power and drive source pins. The Power88 package carries a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1) rating.
