These MOSFETs are designed to reduce on-resistance, deliver improved switching performance, and achieve higher avalanche energy ratings. This device family is suited for switching power converter applications such as power factor correction (PFC), flat panel display (FPD) TV power supplies, ATX power supplies, and electronic lamp ballasts.
