Overview
The FP6373A is a high efficiency, internal compensation and constant frequency current mode step-down synchronous DC/DC converter. It has integrated high-side (95mΩ, typ.) and low-side (75mΩ, typ.) power switches, and provides 3A continuous load current. It regulates input voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V and down to an output voltage as low as 0.6V.
