Overview

This device is fabricated using CMOS technology and is a monolithic DC/DC voltage conversion IC capable of voltage inversion, voltage doubling, voltage splitting, and multiply-voltage output. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.5V to 5V, functioning stably across the full temperature range without external diodes. It delivers 10mA output current per 0.5V voltage drop. The BOOST input can boost the oscillator frequency above the audio band, reducing output ripple and lowering external capacitance requirements. The device integrates low quiescent current and high conversion efficiency, incorporating an oscillator control circuit and four power MOSFET switching transistors, supporting negative voltage generation, voltage doubling, and input voltage ½ division applications.
