GP8691TJ

GP8691TX is a constant voltage and constant current control IC with integrated power composite transistor, employing primary-side feedback QR turn-on control, suitable for chargers and adapters. The IC features proprietary output line loss compensation technology to effectively compensate for the voltage drop caused by output current across the output cable. Its built-in loop compensation circuit eliminates the need for external compensation components, ensuring excellent system stability. The IC achieves superior CV and CC characteristics with standby power consumption below 75mW. GP8691TX integrates multiple protection features, including open-circuit protection, OVP, and short-circuit protection. The IC is available in a SOP8 package.
