The HOPAx330 series amplifiers employ a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique that provides input offset voltage correction, achieving ultra-low offset and drift. This method continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise effects. This design breakthrough enables the devices to simultaneously achieve a 350kHz gain-bandwidth product and a high slew rate of 0.22V/μs, while quiescent current is only 26μA. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The HOPAx330 series is ideally suited for applications requiring precise amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources yet demand high bandwidth and fast transient response. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The series operates from a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for dual-cell battery applications. The HOPAx330 op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection. All versions are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
