HUSBLC64SC6Y

HUSBLC64SC6Y is a 5-channel ultra-low capacitance rail-clamp ESD protection diode array. Each channel consists of a pair of ESD diodes that steer positive or negative ESD current to either the positive or negative supply rail. A Zener diode is integrated between the positive and negative supply rails of the array. In typical applications, the negative supply rail pin (designated as GND) is connected to system ground. Positive ESD current is steered to ground through one ESD diode and the Zener diode, and positive ESD voltage is clamped at the Zener voltage.
