HX2263DRG

HX2263 is a highly integrated current-mode PWM controller optimized for high-performance, low standby power, and cost-effective offline flyback converter applications. Under full-load conditions, the IC operates in fixed-frequency mode. As the load decreases, it enters green mode operation to achieve high power conversion efficiency. Under no-load or light-load conditions, the HX2263 operates in burst mode to minimize switching losses, achieving standby power below 75mW and very high conversion efficiency. The HX2263 provides comprehensive auto-recovery protection features, including overload protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, VDD undervoltage lockout, over-temperature protection, and overvoltage protection. Excellent EMI performance is achieved through internal frequency dithering. Audio energy below 22KHz is minimized in the design, eliminating audio noise during operation. The HX2263 is available in SOT-23-6, SOP-8, and DIP-8 packages.
