INA1620RTWR

The INA1620 integrates four pairs of high-precision matched thin-film resistors and on-chip EMI filtering with a low-distortion, high-output current, dual-channel audio operational amplifier. The amplifier features an extremely low noise density of 2.8nV/√Hz at 1kHz and an ultra-low THD+N of -119.2dB, and can drive a 32Ω load with an output power of 150mW. The matching accuracy of the integrated thin-film resistors is within 0.004%, making them suitable for creating a wide range of high-performance audio circuits. The INA1620 offers an extremely wide power supply voltage range from ±2V to ±18V, with a supply current of only 2.6mA per channel. The INA1620 also features a shutdown mode that allows the amplifier to switch from normal operation to standby mode (standby current is typically less than 5μA). The shutdown mode is specifically designed to eliminate the "click" and "pop" noises generated when entering or exiting the shutdown mode. The INA1620 has a unique internal layout that minimizes crosstalk and is immune to inter-channel interactions even during overdrive or overload conditions. This device is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
