Overview

The INA250-Q1 is an automotive-grade voltage-output, current-sensing amplifier series that integrates an internal precision shunt resistor. It can achieve high-precision current measurement over a common-mode voltage range of 0V to 36V, independent of the supply voltage. The INA250-Q1 series offers four levels of output voltage: 200mV/A, 500mV/A, 800mV/A, and 2V/A. The device has been fully tested and can provide a continuous current of up to 10A at a maximum temperature of +125°C. The INA250-Q1 device is powered by a single supply voltage of 2.7V to 36V, with a maximum supply current of 300μA. All gain versions of the INA250-Q1 are rated to operate within the extended operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and are available in a thin shrink small-outline package (TSSOP)-16.
