The INA310x-Q1 is an ultra-precision current sense amplifier that measures the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a wide common-mode range of -4 V to 110 V, independent of the supply voltage, with an integrated comparator. High-accuracy current measurement is achieved through a combination of low offset voltage (20 μV maximum), small gain error (0.15% maximum), and high DC common-mode rejection ratio (160 dB typical). The INA310x-Q1 features a 1.3 MHz signal bandwidth, making it suitable for high-speed applications such as high-voltage DC current measurement and fast overcurrent protection. The INA310x-Q1 integrates an open-drain comparator with an internal reference providing a 0.6 V threshold. An external resistive voltage divider sets the current trip point. The comparator includes a latch function that can be made transparent by connecting (or leaving floating) the RESET pin to ground. The INA310x-Q1 operates from a single supply of 2.7 V to 20 V and draws 1.6 mA of supply current. The INA310x-Q1 is available in five gain options: 20 V/V, 50 V/V, 100 V/V, 200 V/V, and 500 V/V, suitable for current sensing applications requiring a wide dynamic range.
