INA597IDR

The INA597 is a low-power, high-bandwidth differential amplifier suitable for cost-sensitive applications. The INA597 consists of a precision operational amplifier and a precision resistor network. The excellent tracking performance of the resistors maintains gain accuracy and common-mode rejection over the operating temperature range. The INA597 features unique characteristics such as low offset voltage (200 μV maximum), low temperature drift (5 μV/°C maximum), high slew rate (18V/μs), and the ability to drive high capacitive loads up to 500pF. It is a stable and reliable high-performance differential amplifier suitable for various high-voltage industrial applications. The common-mode range of the internal operational amplifier extends to the negative supply, enabling the device to operate in single-supply applications.
