INA826SIDRCR

The INA826S device is a low-cost instrumentation amplifier that offers extremely low power consumption and shutdown capabilities, and can operate over a very wide single-supply or dual-supply voltage range. The gain can be set from 1 to 1000 using a single external resistor. This device exhibits excellent stability under over-temperature conditions, achieving a low gain drift of only 35 ppm/°C (maximum) even when G > 1. The INA826S is optimized to provide an excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of over 100 dB (G = 10) at frequencies up to 5 kHz. When G = 1, the CMRR exceeds 84 dB over the entire input common-mode range from the negative supply to 1 V above the positive supply. The INA826S features rail-to-rail output, making it well-suited for low-voltage operation devices powered by a single 3-V supply or dual supplies up to ±18 V. A shutdown pin is provided to reduce the supply current to less than 2 μA. Additional circuitry prevents overvoltage conditions (up to ±40 V) on the inputs that exceed the supply voltages by limiting the input current to less than 8 mA. The INA826S is available in a 10-pin, 3 mm × 3 mm VSON surface-mount package. The INA826S is specified for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
