IP4292CZ10-TBR,115-JSM is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppressor designed to protect high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of only 0.2pF, it is designed to protect systems sensitive to parasitic parameters from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. The device complies with IEC 61000-4-2 at Level 4, withstanding ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge, as well as IEC 61000-4-4, withstanding 40A, 5/50ns electrical fast transient bursts, and very fast charged device model ESD and cable discharge events. IP4292CZ10-TBR,115-JSM comes in an ultra-compact DFN2510 package. Each device protects four high-speed data lines. The combination of ultra-low capacitance, ultra-small form factor, and high ESD robustness makes it ideal for high-speed data port and high-frequency line applications. Its low clamping voltage ensures minimal stress on the protected IC.
