ISL28133FHZ-T7-HXY

The ISL28133FHZ-T7 series amplifiers employ a patented fast-step response chopper stabilization technique to provide input offset voltage correction, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift due to temperature and time variations as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough enables the devices to achieve a 1.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 1.2 V/μs slew rate while consuming only 125 μA of supply current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. Rail-to-rail input and output swing simplifies both high-side and low-side sensing. The series operates from a single supply voltage as low as 1.8 V, making it suitable for two-cell battery applications. The op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection capability. All models are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
