LM22678QTJE-5.0/NOPB

Easy to use with an integrated 42V N-channel MOSFET switch capable of delivering up to 5A of load current. Features excellent line and load regulation with high efficiency (>90%). Voltage-mode control provides a short minimum on-time, enabling the widest input-to-output voltage ratio. Internal loop compensation eliminates the tedious task of calculating loop compensation components. This regulator is available in both fixed 5V output and adjustable output voltage options. The 500kHz switching frequency allows the use of small external components and achieves good transient response. A precision enable input simplifies regulator control and system power sequencing. In shutdown mode, the regulator draws only 25μA (typical) of quiescent current. Built-in soft-start (500µs typical) saves external components. The LM22678 also incorporates thermal shutdown and current limiting to protect against accidental overload conditions.
