LM25017MRE/NOPB

The LM25017 is a 48V, 650mA synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The COT control scheme eliminates loop compensation, delivers excellent transient response, and enables ultra-high step-down ratios. On-time is inversely proportional to input voltage, keeping frequency nearly constant across the full input voltage range. A high-voltage startup regulator provides bias power for internal IC operation and the integrated gate drivers. A peak current limit circuit protects against overload conditions. The UVLO circuit supports independent programming of input undervoltage threshold and hysteresis. Additional protection features include thermal shutdown and VCC UVLO. The LM25017 is available in WSON-8 and HSOP-8 plastic packages.
