LM26420Q1XSQX/NOPB

The LM26420-Q1 regulator is a monolithic high-efficiency dual PWM step-down DC/DC converter. Using best-in-class BiCMOS technology with internal 75mΩ PMOS high-side switches and internal 50mΩ NMOS low-side switches to drive two 2A loads, the device achieves optimal power density. World-class control circuitry enables on-times as low as 30ns, supporting excellent high-frequency conversion with minimum output voltages as low as 0.8V across the entire 3V to 5.5V input operating range. Despite operating at high frequencies, efficiencies up to 93% are easily achieved. External shutdown capability provides ultra-low standby current. The LM26420-Q1 leverages current-mode control and internal compensation to deliver high-performance regulation across a wide range of operating conditions. With a guaranteed switching frequency greater than 2MHz, the LM26420-Q1 is suitable for automotive applications without causing interference in the AM band.
