LM5019SDX/NOPB

The LM5019 is a 100V, 100mA synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme employed by the LM5019 eliminates the need for loop compensation, provides excellent transient response, and enables ultra-low duty cycles. The on-time is inversely proportional to the input voltage, keeping the frequency nearly constant across the entire input voltage range. A high-voltage startup regulator provides bias power for the IC's internal operation and the integrated gate drivers. A peak current limit circuit protects against overload conditions. The UVLO circuit supports independent programming of the input undervoltage threshold and hysteresis. Additional protection features include thermal shutdown and bias supply undervoltage lockout. The LM5019 is available in WSON-8 and SO PowerPAD-8 plastic packages.
