Overview

The LN2119 series is a fixed-frequency, high-efficiency boost DC/DC controller designed primarily for OLED driving applications. The output voltage can reach up to 22V, and it can deliver 12V to drive an OLED when powered by a lithium battery. The device integrates an internal power switch with 2Ω on-resistance and 22V breakdown voltage rating, housed in a compact SOT23-5L package to save PCB space and reduce BOM cost.
