Overview

LP6460 is a standalone 500KHz constant frequency, current mode PWM synchronous buck converter. The converter integrates both the main switch and synchronous rectifier, achieving high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It is well suited for portable devices powered by 2-cell lithium-ion batteries. The converter delivers 2000mA load current from a 4.5V to 16V input voltage, with output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V. The LP6460 is available in a SOT23-6 package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃.
