LPV811DBVR

The LPV811 (single-channel) and LPV812 (dual-channel) series of ultra-low-power precision operational amplifiers are designed for sensing applications in "always-on" sensing in battery-powered wireless devices and low-power wired devices. With an 8 kHz bandwidth, a 425 nA quiescent current, and an offset voltage reduced to below 300 μV, the LPV81x amplifiers feature the required high-precision characteristics while minimizing power consumption for battery-life-conscious devices such as gas detectors and portable electronic devices. In addition to the ultra-low-power characteristics, the LPV81x amplifiers also have a CMOS input stage that achieves femtoampere bias current, which can be used in high-impedance source applications. The LPV81x amplifiers also feature a negative rail-sensing input stage and a rail-to-rail output stage with a swing of millivolts relative to the power supply rails, thus maintaining the widest possible dynamic range. The LPV81x is equipped with electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection, which can reduce the impact of unwanted RF signals from mobile phones, WiFi, radio transmitters, and tag readers on the system.
