Lowest power consumption (Is ≤ 1.5µA) op-amps with precision characteristics. In addition to the ultralow supply current, these amplifiers offer other outstanding features: input offset voltage of 375µV (maximum), typical drift of only 0.4µV/°C, and input offset current of 100pA (maximum). A minimum open-loop gain (AVOL) of 100V/mV ensures minimal gain error. Device characteristics vary little over a supply range of 2.2V to ±15V. Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB and common-mode rejection ratio is 90dB. Rated supply voltages are 3V, 5V, and ±15V. Reverse battery protection (minimum –18V) and inputs above the positive supply make the amplifier easy to use in harsh environments. The low bias current and offset current of the amplifier allow the use of megohm-range resistors without introducing significant errors. Given the low supply current, the voltage noise of 4µVP-P is exceptionally low.
