The LTC2063 is a single-channel, low-power, zero-drift, 20kHz amplifier designed for high-resolution measurements at ultralow power. Typical supply current is 1.4µA with a maximum of 2µA. The available shutdown mode is optimized to minimize power consumption in duty-cycled applications, with low charge loss during power-up to reduce overall system power consumption. The auto-calibration circuit achieves very low input offset (5µV maximum) and offset drift (0.02µV/°C). Maximum input bias current is only 20pA, remaining below 100pA across the entire rated temperature range. The ultralow input bias current allows the use of high-value resistors in feedback networks for reduced power consumption. With ultralow quiescent current and excellent precision, it serves as a signal chain building block in portable, energy harvesting, and wireless sensor applications. Available in 6-pin SC70 and 5-pin TSOT23 packages, rated for -40°C to 85°C and -40°C to 125°C temperature ranges.
